1. Can you personalize the bags?
A: We get the bags run 30,000 at a time. We cannot personalize them UNLESS, you would like to order a substantial quantity. However, there are slits on the back of all of the bags that fit a standard business card. We also have Kraft Paper labels which we can use to print your logo. They match the bags well. And we have stickers with personality to increase the fun!
2. What is the order processing time?
A: Orders are typically filled each weekday in the afternoon, Eastern time. Orders will ship out same day or next business day.
3. What shipping methods do you use?
A: We typically use UPS and USPS. Size, weight, are speed are all factors used to determine which method for each order. Standard shipping is free to the lower 48 states. 4. Where are the bags made?
A: The bags are manufactured in China. However, we are working on switching to a domestic manufacturer.
5. Are quantity discounts available?
A: We run sales from time to time. If you would like to order a large amount, reach out before placing your order?
6: Where are you located?
A: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Louisville, KY.
7. What is your return/refund policy?

9. Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we can only ship addresses within the USA.
